How to download your orders

STEP 1

Go to our Online store page https://www.designastitch.net/online-store

and click on the sign in button top right. See the picture on the right

STEP 2

Enter your email your used on paypal to make the purchase and then click get link.

A sign-In link will

sent to your email

address.

Note: Your account

is created with your

email address.

STEP 3

You will get the message on the left to say the link has been send to your email account.

Go to your email account and click on the link....

All your orders will reflect in your account and you will see a download button on your side if you purchased the design....

In my case I cancelled the purchase as I just dit the tutorial and do not want this to reflect in my sales. Therefore no download button shows on my picture.

Another important point to remember

If you are already signed in you will not receive a new link in the email. You can click on my account then.

This link will take you right back to our online store....see picture on left.

Now click on My Account
